Hello! Welcome back. Sukriti AD here. This post will be a treat for Tamil comedy lovers, as it's about the legendary Tamil comedian, Vadivelu. He's the king of Tamil comedy. Now, he has become a God-like figure for meme creators. So, let's start off by looking at Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu's career.  Vadivelu's first movie was T. Rajendar's  Yen Thangai Kalyani  (1988) in which he played a small role. His next film was En Rasavin Manasile (1991), directed by Kasthuri Raja. Actor Vijayakanth supported Vadivelu during his early career and Vadivelu was casted in Chinna Gounder (1991) in which Vijayakanth played the lead role. Then in 1992, he acted in two of Kamal Haasan's films -  Singaravelan & Thevar Magan.  Vadivelu's first solo came in  Kadhalan (1994) ,  directed by Shankar. Thillai Natarajar Kovil and interesting facts about it

Hello! Sukriti AD here. Welcome back. Today's post is about the Thillai Natarajar Temple or the Chidambaram Natarajar Temple located in Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, India. At the end, you'll have a few interesting facts about this temple! Miss at your own risk! Chidambaram  originates from the Tamil word ' Chitambalam ' or ' Chitrambalam ', which means 'Atmosphere of wisdom' or 'Clothed in thought'.  This temple was built in the 10th century when Chidambaram was the capital of the Cholas. It's architecture type is Dravidan. Shivan (Natarajar) is the primary deity of the temple. A sacred pool ( Kulam ) is present, along with a few mandapams . The classic Tamil comedy duo — Goundamani & Senthil

Hello! Welcome back. Sukriti AD here. This post is about the iconic Tamil comedy duo — Goundamani & Senthil. It's all smiles when we hear these two names, right? T hey have never failed to entertain us. In fact, this duo is known as 'Laurel and Hardy of Tamil cinema'. Both Goundamani and Senthil have a strong theatrical background. Goundamani's debut film was Server Sundaram (1964), in which he played a small role, while Senthil's was a Malayalam film named Itthikara Pakki (1980).  Goundamani is known for his ability to 'counter', and  Senthil's characters were usually foolish but cunning at the same time.  Senthil asks Goundamani silly questions and Goundamani replies hilariously —this was loved by the audience.  Goundamani calls Senthil ' Naayey ' in most of the cases, but he is also known for his effortless skill of calling Senthil some ' Thalaya ' or ' vaaya'.  Usually, Senthil addresses him as ' Anney '.  This pai...
